The Intersoft Hungary Ltd is a company, which holds together the Intersoft group as a Holding. Its primary task is to determine the strategy of the group, which was merged with business skills, harmony of activities, effective participation in project coordination, with such projects, where large entrepreneurial capacity and complexity is required.
The group has created with the guidance of Intersoft Hungary Ltd a service package called incubation, in the first place for new, innovative, so-called start-up companies. Incubation in this context means that we assure the company’s IT-, ERP-, and financial system environment, where we can develop without interference. Our customers can take in a single system, all or part of the package of services, on a wide scale from the hardware via the standard software to the proprietary systems. The volume of the service line is adjusted in each case to the size of the company, so the unnecessary investment, but also the temporary lack of capacity can be avoided. The new firm is able in this way to focus only on production or service activities, the incubator insures the required services, and protects the digital assets, and is also controlling resources in the hand of managers and investors.
The uniqueness of the system– prepared by the Intersoft Hungary Ltd – is that the group offers this services with such a complex insurance operation, which guarantees an insurance for the services and the digital assets of the customers at the same time. The two insurance products are offered by insurance companies registered in Hungary.
The IT-System that was created as part of incubation is based on a Saas system (Software as a service) and is therefore a primarily developed and distributed software of the group – in the specified time and size which the customer orders – which is made available as part of the service contract. Our customers are in this way of no need to buy the software licenses and don’t have to worry on the software upgrades, and can focus only on the needs of their business processes. Part of the service is to make available the necessary hardware to run programs – in a lease construction. Whether we talk about securing of new work stations or greater server capacity, in the incubation all this is made available, together with the required operating capacity. The environment is also flexible when the business processes require reduced IT support. Level of service – and also its price – always adapt to the needs of the customers.
The Intersoft Hungary Ltd has also prepared the Brand form of Company Incubation, so the service package is available for other service providers as well. With this innovative step the Intersoft Hungary Ltd wants to contribute to more and more successful and competitive Hungarian small and medium-sized companies to be opened.
